Bus: Bus 12 (direction Holligen) from Bahnhof (Main Station) or Hirschengraben to Inselspital. See Bernmobil website for all bus and tram timetables.
Train: Leave the platform in a westerly direction towards the new glass passage ("Welle") using the escalator or lift, i.e. you do not need to cross the Bahnhofsplatz. Postauto 101 stops directly in front of the "Welle" (bus stop "Schanzenstrasse"), for Bus 11 turn right around the corner (bus stop "Hirschengraben"). For train timetables see SBB website.

From the A1 motorway: Exit "Forsthaus", then follow signposts "Inselspital" and "Insel-Parking".
