11th Swiss Trauma & Acute Care Surgery Days 2022

Ladies and Gentlemen

On March 10 -11, 2022, the 11th SWISS TRAUMA & ACUTE CARE SURGERY (STACS) DAYS will be held at the Inselspital, Bern University Hospital.

After two years, we have the opportunity to get together in person at the 11th STACS Days. This interdisciplinary trauma, resuscitation, and emergency surgery meeting will be an update of the newest evidence in trauma care, resuscitation and non-trauma emergency surgery.

For the first time, you will have the opportunity to submit scientific abstractsin the field of Trauma Care, Resuscitation, and Acute Care Surgery. An international review board will select five abstracts that will be presented in plenary Session 4, March 11, 2022. An award of CHF 1000.- will be granted for the best scientific abstract by SwissACS.

As every year, we would like to encourage you to attend our Eat, Meet, and Greet event at the Schweizerhof Hotel, March 10, 2022, 18:00-23:00.

The Swiss Trauma & Acute Care Surgery (STACS) days are an annual event organized by the Swiss Society of Acute Care Surgery in collaboration with the Department of Visceral Surgery and Medicine and the Department of Emergency Medicine at the Inselspital, Bern University Hospital, Bern, Switzerland. The Inselspital belongs to the Insel Gruppe AG.

Short-term changes to the scientific program may occur.

Registration

During the registration period participants can register themselves by filling in the online registration form. A registration is a declaration to participate in the STACS days. Participants who register will receive an email confirming the registration.

Cancellation

Cancellation including reimbursement of the registration fee is possible up to February 10, 2023 (23:59 CET). Participants can cancel their registration by sending an email to stacs@insel.ch.
